- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls to schedule an estimate or schedules off the website. After the estimate the customer calls to set up a day and time to do the job. We come out preform the work agreed apon and then we follow up to make sure the customer was satisfied.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for insurance information. Things happen. And you don't want to pay for it.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Difficulty. If there is an obsticle in the way the professional will be blind sided. The professional can't see the job prior to bidding.
