I called David for a couple of home repairs that I needed fixed as a result of a house inspection as part of selling my house. David was very quick in responding to my call and was right on the project the very next day ! He was very professional in explaining to me the findings and the different options I have in how do the repairs. He also talk to my realtor so we can all have a good understanding on what needed to be done. Once all done, he provided me and my realtor with a report of what was fixed and how it was repaired. Excellent ! just what I needed to close on my house !! Overall, a very pleasant experience and very good work from David, I will certainly use his services again and would recommend him to anyone that needs home repairs... Thanks !!

I have had an opportunity to see David in action on several projects. He is detail oriented and takes great pride in his work. David's work ethic is first rate. He has repaired floors, installed bathroom fixtures and performed other handyman-type jobs, all were done to my satisfaction. He is a young, clean-cut family man who is not afraid to work and has a strong desire to exceed his customers' expectations. I would recommend him for any project.

Every time I have used KHS, it's always been a great experience. I always learn something and David is great about taking the time to explain what he is doing. I can call KHS for anything and have faith that it will be done correctly and done well. I never worry when David fixes, installs, repairs anything in my home. I have been so grateful to have met him...I have him on speed dial!

We hired David to make many repairs in preparation for the sale of our house. The list was significant and continued to grow as the date came close. David was amazing and we would have not been able to sell our house without him. He could do anything, was very accessible and his quality was top-notch with every step. He was very affordable and we completely trust him - this was important as we were gone from the house most of the time he worked. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for home services.
