I had josh tackle removing some gutter guards 6 months back, shortly after I noticed tons of water coming in my kitchen which is under the one gutter guard he removed. I just had the work properly done and the current gutter company informed me of the very poor work Josh did, causing me tons of time and money. Josh ruined some of my shingles causing water seapage. I needed to hire someone to pressure wash my mother’s home. I’m out of state and I explained that I needed to arrange service and payment from long distance. The owner was friendly and understanding. They kept me posted on their arrival time, texted me before and after pictures, and called to make sure my mother was satisfied with the job. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I ask all my residential customers certain questions over the phone and then I am able to give them an adequate and fair estimate that NEVER CHANGES, there aren't any hidden costs. On my commercial jobs, it's simple, I go out to the potential job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost I let them know there are zero hidden fees, I think that's very important in our day and age to put the customer at ease. My pricing is very black and white and we make our bidding process as transparent as we possibly can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly reading the latest literature from various organizations re: all aspects I offer my clients.
