From my first conversation with Josh, he was personable, responsive, professional and efficient. His team of two cleaned a a large number of multi-paned windows, inside and out, along with storms, on my 1920's home in Cleveland Heights--no small feat! They also cleaned my gutters. The guys did an amazing job and were done in a much shorter time than I imagined it would take to do all of this. Throughout, they were engaged, friendly, focused and followed up with me several times to make sure they were doing the work as I wanted it done. AND my house has never looked so good--hello sunshine! Would absolutely hire again and recommend.Jun 15, 2017Verified
They came out quick to estimate and start the job, I went the next day and saw what a horrible job they did on cleaning the windows and then they forget the basement windows. I am in the process of filing a claim with my credit card as it has been over 2 weeks with promises to come back and finish they job and now it is to the point where I am not getting any responses from the owner. This house is a house for sale that we needed a great job done and we did not get anything close to what we paid for.Sep 28, 2017Verified
They arrived on time. The young men had to be supervised. TheyDID NOT CLEAN THE bottom of the tracks left dead flies on the track and dirt. Forgot to clean a kitchen window, and to put back a screen window. One of the gentleman Tristin i think his name was was very responsive polite and repeated the work that had not been done properly. The other, Jake was sullen, bordering on rude.Jul 7, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I ask all my residential customers certain questions over the phone and then I am able to give them an adequate and fair estimate that NEVER CHANGES, there aren't any hidden costs. On my commercial jobs, it's simple, I go out to the potential job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost I let them know there are zero hidden fees, I think that's very important in our day and age to put the customer at ease. My pricing is very black and white and we make our bidding process as transparent as we possibly can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly reading the latest literature from various organizations re: all aspects I offer my clients.
