FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't try to get rich on one job, but I make sure to charge the appropriate amount so that I don't ever feel the need to cut corners. This means that things get done right the first time. There will always somebody who can come in and undercut my price, but remember that that price cut comes at a cost to you, usually in an area that you will not find out about until it is too late, or in the middle of the project they just start asking for more money. I have heard all of the horror stories from past customers. I will always avoid becoming one of those stories because I didn't charge enough. This is your home. Cheapest service is NOT the way to go
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out and look at the job, return home to design the project and come up with an estimate, and then follow up with the client. Once we agree to move forward, we schedule a date and begin work accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience
