Introduction: While so many companies sub contract their work out to what we call "the crew of the day", we use OUR crews. This enables us to control the quality at levels that most simply cannot. When jobs require a sub-contracted trade we use sub contractors that we have used for many years, and that also use us. We also have a level of certification with our shingle manufacturer, GAF (the largest and oldest manufacturer of residential and commercial roofing products in the nation), that less than 6 out of every 100 contractors in the nation are able to obtain. We have also partnered with Carter Lumber as not our supplier of building materials, but as one of their preferred contractors for roofing and siding jobs sold by them.

Roof Installation or Replacement

Dave Gorby helped us to get a new roof on our house. He inspected our roof and worked with our insurance carrier in replacing our roof. Our roof had been damaged in the hail storms this past summer and we weren't totally aware of the extent of the damage. Thanks to Dave's efforts our roof was replaced at very little cost to us. Dave showed us how to navigate through the insurance barricades to obtain a new roof. American Family performed the work and did an excellent job. Not only was our roof replaced, it was actually upgraded in the process. Dave went above and beyond in helping us with obtaining a new roof. I would highly recommend Dave and American Family.

All projects are custom priced per job and usually will require a site visit to ensure accuracy. Some factors that may increase our estimate will include job accessibility, job complexity, or simply customer requested upgrades.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The standard process for introducing ourselves to new customers begins with scheduling an informal face to face meeting where we travel to our customers and introduce ourselves by providing credentials, and most importantly. communicating our vision and values. We will explain processes and operations thoroughly so there are no surprises or grazed over "fine print".
