I am a licensed massage therapist, focusing on myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, postural alignment and sports massage therapy which I have been mentored in, and I continue to learn from Steve Adams and his therapists in Marion, Ohio. They work on clients from all over the US, including professional athletes, OSU players and more. Along with being an LMT, I have also been a crossfit trainer for five years, and I have been training in crossfit for the past six years. Call me for an appointment from Monday to Saturday. My rates are $60 for one hour, $90 for one hour and 30 minutes and $120 for two hours. Your first massage is $10 off, and if you're in the military or first responder (i.e., police and fireman), you get 20% off every massage!
