- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If you travel to my gym for training the price will include hour fitness center and group x classes. I give a 10% discount for all packages that are paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have a initial consultation to discuss goals and show clients around the gym. We will typically go through a short workout to test where we are starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started my career teaching group exercise classes than I transitioned into personal training. I keep all of my certifications current but the best way I relate to my clients is personal experience. I was once very inactive and overweight. Through diet and exercise I lost 60 lbs and it is a work in progress every day to stay healthy.
