Introduction: Comments from clients and others have been that my designs are powerful, attractive and compelling. They say that I have the ability to graphically nail the identity of their organization. I believe my success is because I dig deeper to understand my client and the problem to be solved before I begin to sketch. I feel that my job is not unlike that of a portrait artist who tries to get the best, most honest, yet most attractive image of a client. My challenge in the design process is to achieve a beautiful, graphic representation of an organization, yet one that strongly distinguishes my client from others in his/her industry.
