- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We determine the price of product, labor, and add a percentage to that for a profit margin that is normally at or below the market standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer by phone or email. Set up a time to meet (normally less than 45 minutes) and inspect the project. Submit a verbal quote and follow that up with written quote by email
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
29+ years working in the roofing and siding supply and installation business. Acquired knowledge in this industry through industry experience, seminars, and training
