Introduction: Hello, Let's cut to the chase and get you some help with your cooking and cleaning essentials. Under the supervision of Culinary instructor and Executive Chef Bruce Beickelman CIA graduate since age 8, cooking has been my passion. Mastered from scratch prep cooking by 15. Became familiar with Corperate Catering and Chef's tables at large hotels such as the Crown Plaza, with Chef Kirby Bainter, and Doubletree By Hilton under Garde Marge Chef Armondo Cardenas. Emplyee of the month at both. After a 4 month knee injury in 2012, I began cooking at golf clubs . Frst being Atocosita one of the worlds oldest and as it stood nearly deserted occupied by only the managemant and occational customers of a catering business. Next, being part of Club Corps best team in 2013 at Kingwood. Up to 600 person banquets, executed by 15 cooks, with quality fit for a king. The team fell apart short time later and I went on to a few more kitchen nightmares than I'd like to remember. Took some time off cooking to work for Serve pro and Champion Homes, doing water restoration, mold remediation, and construction cleanup. While raising two boys, I decided to get them acquainted with farming and grow roots in southern Ohio, where they frequented the library daily, and made honor roll that landed them in the paper. Grain fed pasture raised beef, working the fields, going to auctions, and getting to know the old folks at the flea markets was what we enjoyed together. Picking tomatoes seemed to be more like meditation for me. A far cry from the hospitality industry that so readily burns out Chefs on average after 10 years. A few country clubs later I can honestly say cleaning barns beats cleaning years of residue built up in kitchens. People try, but my work can't be beat. My caramel sauce is just as good! Top notch and then some! 10 years from now I hope to have a support system big as the south in an effort to end homelessness and food insecurities for people with barriers to employment such as epilepcy. In memory of my little brother and biggest fan Kyle. I hope to have a fleet of food trucks with good people on the same mission running them. God's driving...
