- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I really don't have a standard pricing sheet on video projects because every project has it's own set of challenges. The time spent on a project vary based upon the complexity of the project. I am a newcomer to Thumbtack and I would love to give you a competitive price. I am sure I can meet your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, like to get to know my customer. Not only do I want to know what my customer has in mind for their project, but I want to know what they are passionate about. This will affect what I present to my new customer. After I get to know my customer, I will present a project scope based on the initial estimate. This scope lists out all our agreed upon deadlines and payment schedule. Once the scope is agreed to and half of the estimate has been paid then I will get started creating your project keeping you informed and updated as the project progresses. I will stay in constant contact with you via email or phone to ensure your projects meets your expectations. After 2 revisions I will send you a watermarked proof for final approval. Once approved I will send you a final invoice. Once the remainder of your invoice is paid then I will upload the password protected final version of your project with the watermark removed via dropbox or other online file sharing service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from: The Ohio State University with a BFA in Art and Technology. Certifications: Apple Certified Pro in Final Cut Pro Member: National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - Ohio Valley Software Experience: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Audition, and more) Cinema 4D (3d-graphics), Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote.
