Introduction: From high school athletics to college football to the Marine Corps I have experienced a very wide variety of physical fitness programs and philosophies. I feel this experience has made me very well rounded and able to adapt to almost any one person and their unique needs and goals. I love the challenge and moreover I love motivating a client to meet the challenge as well. The results are just icing on the cake.

After gaining too much weight, I finally decided enough is enough and it was time to slim down. Being two years since I was last active, I had no idea where to start or gage myself. Bret came into the picture two weeks after searching for a trainer and I've kept him as my personal trainer since! He sized me up, learned about what I wanted and what my goals were and set it up from there. He will tell you right off the bat that there is no magic shortcut to get fit, it's all commitment and hard work. We set up a nutritional plan which I followed closely and put in my cardio on days we didn't meet and I kept to it. After three months, I can definitely see great results and it's why I keep using Bret. He will encourage you to raise the bar yet will keep you within safety limits. All you have to do is follow his instructions and you will get results!

When I first got help from Bret I had little direction and had hit a plateau with my training. I was doing the same thing in the gym and seeing very small results. After working with Bret that all changed. He sat down with me, learned what I was trying to accomplish, and set me up with a plan specific to my goals. Within a few weeks I was seeing greater results. He also helped me develop the right kind of nutrition plan to go along with that workout regimen. Bret is very knowlegable and very personable. He's a great guy and so easy to work with. He will get you where you want to be and you'll enjoy working to get there.

I really enjoyed the time that Bret Dixon spent with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional! I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get fit!

I was going to the gym for months at this point and wasn't seeing results. A freind of mine referred me to Bret. Within five minutes he noticed my fundamentals for weight lifting were not up to par. So over the course of three weeks he kept reminding me every set fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals, and that is when i started to see results. Bret is awesome to work with I recommend him to anybody and everybody.
