I’m so happy I found True Blue through Thumbtack. They’re estimate was fair and they were so professional throughout the whole job. We hired them to retire a shower and it turned out so well. Would definitely hire them again. Jason was always responsive via email or text and his guys were on time and hard workers.

Had a great experience with Jason. He did such a great job on our floors we hired him again when we moved. The floors look great. My only complaint would be that Jason doesn't do flooring full time as he has another career, but he is always in contact about his schedule and keeps you in the loop when he is coming or going. Definitely easy to work with. I highly recommend you considering Jason for your project you will not be disappointed and if you are Jason will make sure you are satisfied before he moves on.

True Blue did a great job installing our porcelain tiles in a ~20 sq ft half bath, a project just outside our DIY comfort zone. Jason was very responsive and answered all of our questions, even taking extra time on his initial visit to give his opinion on a couple other projects around the house that we're thinking about taking on at some point. The work itself needed a second day to finish up a few things, and was completed for a reasonable price. We supplied the tiles but forgot to also get grout, though Jason was kind enough to supply it for us anyway, along with some simple baseboards. We would recommend True Blue and may very well hire them again for future projects!

I contacted True Blue for a full interior house painting, on fairly short notice. I got a fast, accurate quote, and the job was completed on time, so as not to interfere with ongoing contractor work. Jason helped me pick out colors, and the workers were thorough, neat and professional. The house is beautifully done: paint is absolutely even, and the price was very fair. Really, really excellent work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, which is why it is hard to give an estimate without seeing the project space first. Once we speak to the customer about what they are looking for and look at the space needing work, we can then come up with the proper material list and labor cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry for a project, we set up a time to meet and see the client's space needing work, discuss what they are looking for and measure out all areas. Based on those criteria, we generate an estimate for the client to review. After accepting the estimate, a timeline is generated to begin the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to completing a certified home inspection course and becoming an ASHI certified home inspector, we have been performing painting and home improvements for over 15 years.
