- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizational services: I charge $40 per hour. Phone consultations are completely free. I will drop off donations for my clients for free. Interior Design services: We will have a phone consultation for free. If I come to your home it will be a minimum charge of $100, then I will write up my plan of action. If you want me to compile item selections for your home I will charge you by the hour ($40) or I will send you an estimate for the overall fee and you can decide if you want to go with me. There will be an agreed starting amount, and the as I complete your areas to your satisfaction I will be paid accordingly. My contracts are never binding so if you are not happy you pay nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my client in their home, see how they live in the space and come up with a solution that works for them to keep them organized. My approach is COMPLETELY PERSONALIZED to meet each client's needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First of all I love meeting new people! I enjoy problem solving and coming up with solutions relating to space problems. I'm an excellent listener which means, I'll listen to the problems you are having with your space (or with the problems in keeping it organized) and I'll solve them - plus make sure you can maintain the new organization! Interior Design...I have the ability to see a space and know how to make it more open, useful, and do it in a way that requires the least amount of money. I listen to you to understand your taste, your likes, and can come up with a overall plan that you will love!
