Music & More Inc. was a fantastic choice for my baby sister's Sweet 16 Party located in North Ridgeville, Ohio. The event lasted approximately 4 hours and everyone enjoyed the music and was kept entertained the whole time with Darrel's great variety of music. He arrived and was set up and ready to rock 15 minutes early which speaks volumes about his dedication and eagerness to please the client. I was impressed at how well he interacted with and responded to all of my guests. They ranged in age from late teens, to early thirty-somethings, to my grandparents. The entire experience of sending my daughter to a bigger city for college was frightening but after being referred to Service Solutions they made the entire experience smooth and have put me at ease. They are knowledgeable of the city, it's resources and have the connections with others who helped make the transition as easy as it was. We worked with Jason. He met with me, I told him what I needed, my concerns and he smiled and said, no worries, with us you can consider it handled. He returned with an action plan and executed it effortlessly. From locating areas my daughter would be comfortable living based off of her likes and interests. Jason connected me with reputable property Management companies, he researched shopping, entertainment, costs associated with various things, provided information for local city resources, and orchestrated the entire transition from a to z, start to finish. It's been a year NOW. He helped her with locating employment, social events for her to make new friends and has helped us in so many ways. She even found herself stranded at 12 am with no way back to the city after a day at six flags due to a hiccup in public transit, and not knowing anyone she turned to Jason and his team at Service Solutions and within an hour he had a driver there and she was headed home. What I appreciated the most was his attention to our needs and ensuring that she was safe. I Reccommend Service Solutions to anyone and its Affordable and they are very professional. We still have his team to assist us with whatever we may need !

I have really enjoyed working with Kathy and everyone @ Francesca's party design. The attention to detail and the creativity is unbelievable. Everybody at our party kept saying that everything looked so beautiful and well organized! She was very attentive to our needs.
