Introduction: I like to focus on my clients needs and wants, so they are receiving the best service possible. Nicole has done many different jobs for me, from facials to makeovers. I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin and whenever she does a facial or peel on my face, she explains thoroughly what products she is using, making sure they will not harm my face. Her experience and education in this field gives me the confidence in her that she will do a great job and that I can trust her. She is very careful and calm, and will never do anything to your face that would damage it. I have noticed wonderful results, after any facial or peel that Nicole has done on me. Her makeup technique and skills are wonderful. I love getting my makeup done by Nicole; any chance I get to , I will. She chooses the colors that work well on my face, and never over or under does it. It is truly amazing how Nicole can make me look like a completely different person. She takes her time while doing my makeup, always making sure it is what I like. Nicole pays attention to every detail and that is exactly why her work as an Aesthetician and Makeup Artist exceed my expectations every time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not. The way I do my quotes for each service is finding out what it is they are looking for and I base it around that. Everyone is different, because everyone has different needs and wants for their services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation is a MUST for first time clients. I like to know exactly what my client is looking for and trying to achieve, whether its for a bridal or photoshoot makeup application, or a skin concern. A consultation is a very important step when it comes to anything regarding beauty!
