When a family has any appliance go down it can be catastrophic. Our dryer going out caused a bottleneck so bad, that by the time we were caught up the kids had outgrown some it. I thought this was bad until....the garbage disposal..sooo gross. Ty got in and got it done on the fly , no fuss. He gave us our kitchen back so quickly he even had the time to install a new faucet. Thank you Ty!!!!

Ty was a very organized young man. He came to my house first to survey the installation site, then drove to a nearby plumbing superstore to purchase the toilet and parts. When he was halfway through, he had to return to the store to get a larger wax ring, because the flange under the toilet was larger than the standard size. I was quite pleased with his installation, and with my new ADA American Standard tall toilet.
