- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The first workout/consultation is always free! We are reasonably priced for an individualized and custom experience. We offer discounts for group (more than one person) workouts and package workout deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first workout/consultation is always free. New clients will complete a questionnaire in which we will discuss any fitness or health limitations, any past medical concerns, fitness goals, fitness timelines, nutrition, our guidelines, and a possible upcoming schedule. We then will go through a short workout and allow you to experience training with our qualified trainers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Collin Kepley is a Certified Personal Trainer who received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. During his time in college he developed his passion for teaching others the proper way to train through working with high school players and learning first hand from certified strength and conditioning coaches. He further advanced his knowledge in fitness and physiology by conducting research in the Laboratory of Systems Physiology in Charlotte, NC. We conducted a study to compare the differences in heart rate and blood pressure in active and sedentary populations during periods of muscle contraction (such as isometric) and recovery periods.
