Very nice and responsive. Very helpful. I am at a beginner level and she is very helpful pushing me and helping me adjust to correct form. Always a pleasant and positive experience. Looking forward to pushing myself to the next level thanks to her help. Def recommend Sarah for any session at any level.

Sarah has a true passion for what she does. Her energy and positivity are unmatched. She is always looking for new and helpful ways to teach her students different positions. She is great walking around and helping those in need of adjustment or repostioning. Yoga can seem intimidating and hard if you are new to it but having Sarah really allowed me to feel comfortable. In fact it is because of Sarah that I have started to have a passion and love for yoga. Yoga has allowed me to feel peace and relaxation. When I leave Sarah's class I feel refreshed. I have to say overall her love for yoga really shines in her teaching style.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes. I attend weekend intensives about every 6-8 weeks. The topics are varying but are always furthering my yogic education.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Yoga changed my life. I know that sounds generalized and cheesy, but it has really changed my life for the better. I want to share that passion and see those changes and help bring someone to the best version of themselves through practicing yoga.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work one on one with my clients to build a program that best suits their needs and abilities. Typically the flow is 60 minutes but can be shortened or lengthened depending on the person.
