He fixed my moms beloved toaster. Not sure what he really did to it but she almost cried. It took a couple weeks for him to find what he needed. She called around a few years ago to get someone to repair it but no one was interested because they said the parts would be too hard to find. He found the parts at a local flea market!!!!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge a $100 diagnostic fee that can be applied to any corrective maintenance needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, there is a two step process. During the initial visit, which cost 100$, tests are performed based off of the make and model of unit and symptoms exampled by the customer. After diagnosing the issue(s), the results will be discussed and any needed parts will be presented. An estimate will be provided via a link. The customer can then review it, ask any needed questions and click “approve” or “deny”— Once approved, everything else will be handled by the tech. The 100$ diagnostic fee that was already paid for can be applied to labor.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    EPA, OTJ (On-The-Job) and Trade School.
