I first met Kelsie teaching cyclists at Bike Ohio. As a marathon runner, triathlete and cyclist my body takes a beating and flexibility has never been my strong side. Her group classes are great and focused on what we as cyclists require. She has no problem dealing with the different experience levels of the group and offers modified positions to those of us who need it. She is very encouraging to us newbies. I have since taken private classes to work on specific nagging issues to get me race ready. She listened to my needs, put together a class that was exactly what I needed, and when I cross the finish line this weekend it will be much thanks to her. Kelsie also has an ability to get me to relax and let stress and worries disappear. I always leave her classes with a smile and feeling better about myself. I was never really a believer in yoga, but Kelsie has changed my mind and I will keep coming back.
I've taken yoga practices led by Tracie at Agni yoga in Mayfield. She's a great strong instructor who really works with the students in each class and it's obvious she's done a lot of training and continuing education. Would recommend to students of any level practice.

Jenna Medina has a unique sense of passion for helping others to live lightly through a deep connection between the soul, emotions and the universe. Beginning yoga in 2010, Jenna started as a fresh yogi without a single clue or idea to the art of yoga. During her years of practice, she began to understand the style of breathing and immersed herself in the flow of movement and grounding of poses. Fully devoting her time to the mat at Fred Astaire since 2012, Jenna expresses deep gratitude toward her mentor and instructor, Travis, as well as every yogi she has had the pleasure of practicing with. She began teaching power yoga at Fred Astaire in January 2015, which has provided her some of the essentials to teaching and the utmost inspiration from her peers and students. Jenna completed the Mindful Movement 200-hour yoga certification training under Erin Kouvas in the spring of 2015. Bursting with inspiration, Kouvas is indeed a great motivator and constant supporter whom Jenna is thankful for and deeply respects. Having studied the philosophy for many years in 2005, she took a 14-month teacher certification course from the Temple of Kriya Yoga out of Chicago. Her studies included all eight limbs of yoga with a focus on pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), and dhyana (meditation). In the beginning of 2012, she furthered her Kriya Yoga studies with a two-year advanced program through the Temple. She studied world religions and spirituality, astrology, meditative prayer, meditations, pranayama, karma studies, and mantra as well as many more subjects in this genre. Lisa's hatha yoga style has a strong emphasis on alignment and focusing inward. She spends time setting up and working each pose as well as working with props if needed. Her style is more in the Iyengar way with a focus on alignments. She teaches students of all levels and also leads meditations.
