I must start by saying I am very pleased with the work Erik Gordon (E.R.I.A) completed for me and the outstanding service he provided me. Here’s the story. AT&T installed cable service at my home. While doing so the installer hit an electrical wire going into my kitchen and knocked out power to several plugs. AT&T had no problems agreeing to pay for the damages however; it was my responsibility to find an electrician and provide the necessary documentation to support the damage claim. This incident happened the week before Thanksgiving 2015. I had a tough time finding an electrician. I actually contacted several prior to finding Erik. No one was interested in the job either because of the upcoming holiday season or the AT&T third party damage claim process I had to go through to get the job paid for. When I found Erik, he was a Godsend. Erik not only gave me a fair estimate (which I forwarded to AT&T’s damage claims department), he also stuck by my side throughout the entire process. Erik spoke to the claims department on my behalf, explaining the work that needed to be done and why. He went way beyond my expectations and I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to him and his crew. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Erik to anyone that is looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking electrician.
