Eric is professional and knows the job of personal training, and also gives advice on nutrition, sleep and life coach issues which is above and beyond the aspect of personal training, training took place at his east side location at 7am

Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. I've only worked with Samantha a short time but I know I'll be using her indefinitely! I chose her because of her specialization in prenatal training and she always shows various exercise routines that are safe during my pregnancy. Every session is always different and never boring which makes training not only rewarding but fun! I recommend her to anyone and I am confident she'll get me in better shape post-baby!

I came to Ken's Total Fitness and was not disappointed. I have lost weight and toned up tremendously and he showed me a range of exercises that vastly helped. Every workout kicked my butt, kept me on my toes and did different exercise every time, session with him never gets boring. More importantly, I was able to take the lessons I learned from Ken and carry them into my own training. At about $55/session, if you are serious, the money will be well spent.
I've been using Garan Fitness Consulting (GFC) for almost two years now and have had nothing but good experiences. In addition to being conveniently located near my house, Scott is very flexible with his schedule, even when I've had to change my appointment due to last minute issues. I would recommend GFC to anyone looking to get back in shape!
Kyle pushes me to do weight and cardio exercises/reps that I would never do on my own! He knows my limits and pushes me to those extremes, all with a positive attitude and fun approach. He is always on time and has great follow through. He is top notch!

Adam went well beyond my expectations. He is far better than any big gym that will nickel and dime you for subpar training. Adam delivers a full body workout with strength training and cardio in each session. He also plays whatever music you like, which is great.
I was intimidated by having a personal trainer for a long time, but Trish is a real person and so easy to talk to. She really works with me to achieve my particular goals and bases at home workouts and meal plans on them! I have never not left a workout feeling like I did my best because of her, and most important, sore and feeling stronger for it! The results are visibly within weeks. I've gained muscle and became leaner. She's so easygoing it feels like working out with a friend! Would highly recommend if you've been considering personal training but aren't sure yet. You will not be disappointed!
Sabrina is by far the most motivating coach I have ever had. When you work with her she makes a plan custom to you. What's more is that she is always avaliable to answer any questions/concerns and is willing to work with you no matter where you are or what your schedule is like.
