FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Starting January 1st 2022 we will be implementing a 2 hour minimum for all jobs booked after the first of the year. This way we will be able to schedule at least a 2 hour window for your job to be completed. By doing this we can ensure that no corners are cut and our workers arent pressured into rushing through things.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step in working with a new customer is to ask questions. The more we understand about what need to be moved the better we can assist you. The second step would be our crew of moving professionals going and completing the job. We'd start with a walk through of the house, noting which furniture we were taking and which (if any) we were leaving. Then we'd prepare your furniture, disassembling and wrapping in moving pads as necessary, we'd then load the truck with these items and head over to your new location. Once there we'd unload all of your items arranging them however you'd like, and reassembling any furniture that we previously disassembled. Lastly would be time to take payment, we will never ask for payment before a job is completed. We try to make moving as easy as possible since it is a stressful time for most.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers in my experience, from high school graduates moving into a college dorm to elderly individuals moving into assisted living. Each customer is unique though and I enjoy helping them as they move from one stage in life to the next.
