- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are really simply priced. Onsite services are $100 an hour, two hour minimum. Remote services are $75 an hour prepaid at 2 hours. Once a relationship has been established with a client remote services can be paid after the issues are resolved. Bench work, if a system is brought to us, we provide free diagnosis of the system and will inform the customer of the cost to fix the system prior to making repairs.

This is a necessity in this industry as the technology is constantly growing and changing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers have always been a hobby since I was 5, I still have the first computer I got 40 years ago. I took a hobby that I enjoyed and turned it into a profession and have grown a successful company.
