She sounded very professional and very passionate about what she does. She immediately wrote me back with a very fair quote that was in my budget. I had a laundry list of questions for her and instead of just going back and forth over the phone she met with me in person so that she could answer my questions and address any concerns I was having. She was so easy to talk to and she immediately put me at ease. I am a total control freak and she went above and beyond to do my hair and makeup exactly how I invisioned it looking on my wedding day. She also patiently went through each bridesmaid and did their hair and makeup how they wanted. In all the chaos of our bridal suite Johnel was always cool calm and collected and that rubbed off on me and kept me at peace.
