Needed some interior doors replaced. Resized one door and installed different style door on another. Work was done in an efficient and cost effective manner. Highly recommended Mr Handyman.

MrHandyman showed up Tuesday morning and installed a small amount of floor tile. The job was satisfactory at a minimum. I made two corrections on the tile after worker left. Very disappointed in MrHandyman in that they never showed up to put carpet back in place. I had to call on Wednesday to find out what was going on and was told they needed a special tool to cut carpet (which was absurd) and would have a carpet company call me to set up appointment. Well that never happened so I called them back on Thursday at 4pm. Again I was told a carpet company was supposed to call me and Hunter would find out what’s going on….. that was the last I heard from MrHandyman. It’s now Tuesday night (one week later) after Labor Day and still no follow up about my carpet needing re-installed. Luckily I called a different company on Friday and they came right out and did an excellent job for me. Hunter needs training on customer service and how to follow up with customers that are waiting for job completion. I will not be recommending MrHandyman to anyone.
