- What types of customers have you worked with?
GreenGrass primarily offers effective, affordable lawn care programs, consisting of weed control, fertilization,and liquid aeration. Our 6-application program is complete and guaranteed with free service between regular applications if needed. GreenGrass also offers more free services than other lawn care companies, should you need them. If a full-program customer has a lawn-damaging insect infestation (like chinch bugs or armyworms) or a fungus invades the lawn (like brown patch) GreenGrass will treat the problem at no charge.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you search for a lawn care company, be sure you understand how many applications are in the program. An application price from one company may be less than another's, but you might have to take 7 or 8 applications, which results in a higher annual price. Also be sure what the guarantee covers. Is an application only guaranteed for 30 days? Do you have to pay extra if you have certain weeds, or if grubworms are eating your lawn?
