FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. We customize our catering to each of our clients that no 2 clients has the same pricing outcome. We have guild lines that we follow because of our vendor pricing for food, alcohol etc, but not a set price across the board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know our customer and those who will be involved in any of the decision making. We set up face to face meetings whenever possible so we can build that rapport needed to make sure that all their wants and needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even though I do have college level education, it is not in the field of Food and Beverage. I have learned the business by being thrown into the business feet first as a "sink or swim" indoctrination. I have learned from all types of chefs and catering gurus throughout the years, taking bits and pieces from all of them to create my own style while honoring the "etiquette" this business demands.
