Introduction: Glorious Food, Oh Glorious Food! As a caterer I have been involved in well over 10,000 events for 2 people to 30,000. For most of my life I have been involved in the event industry. With extensive management experience, Executive Chef Certification and knowledge of the current trends, I can be an asset to any gathering. Frankly the reason I lick the event industry; every event is different. I have the opportunity to meet new people, prepare different and diverse cuisine, be creative and to be innovative. I am an instant gratification type person...what better way, than being successful at making people happy with food!

VIP Catering has been doing a lot of our events and we've been very pleased. I highly recommend them.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each event is different and pricing is based on the amount and number of food items, guests count, level of service needed and any additional rental items needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have several planning phases we go through when working with a new client. Phase 1 Discuss a few simple details on the phone to ensure availability of our services for the date. At this time we will ask for some minimal information on what type of event and services needed. I'll email the client menus and we will set a time that we may meet to discuss and begin planning your event. Phase 2 We like to sit down with our clients to discuss their wishes, likes, and expectations for the event. At the same time, we will discuss a few options to bring a little clarity to how our services work. Review menus and establish a preliminary menu. Phase 3 We will present a proposal to the client for acceptance, make any changes necessary. This can be done by either email or in a meeting. Phase 4 After acceptance of the final menu. We will send a contract and finalize plans. Phase 5 A few days prior to the event, we will have a final site visit and meeting with the client, to ensure all details are in order and discuss any changes.
