The company cleaned our house very thoroughly, paying great attention to detail on various things like dust on the entertainment center, the kitchen "nooks and crannies," etc. Overall, we are very satisfied.
The one issue we would advise future customers to do is ask the company if there's anything you should do as a consumer to your house before hiring. They evidently came into a "dirtier" house than was expected, and they were wanting to charge us more. Therefore, the business should put something in their communications to quote any "added" charges to the original quoted price in case they have to clean "extra" amounts. A quote of a per-hour or per-incident amount would suffice.
