FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80/hour for adults; $45 for a 30-minute lesson for children.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the first lesson, we begin by talking about goals and the things the student would like to accomplish. After listening to their speaking voice, I then take the student through a series of warmups created just for them to assess where the voice is technically, and come up with a plan for how to achieve the goals going forward. Depending on how advanced the singer is, we then talk about how to stand, how to breathe for singing, and what kind of repertoire (songs) to work on to improve their technique for real results.
