I use yoga to help people balance their bodies and relieve pain. My main focus is therapeutic, and I teach hatha yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
I have group classes and am also available for private sessions.
I approach yoga asana through anatomical alignment to help correct bad habits, reduce pain, and prevent injury. All yoga should be therapeutic, and I teach a range of intensities, from very gentle to strong, but I always use an anatomical and therapeutic approach and cater to what the client needs.
