I originally posted a job for a deep clean of our new home prior to move-in. Shelley was competitive in pricing, and gave me a full outline of what she and her crew would accomplish. On cleaning day, she arrived a few minutes early to go through the house with me and understand exactly what I wanted to see. The rest of her crew arrived soon after and began cleaning. When I left to go run errands, they were using cotton swabs to clean the grooves in the light switches! When I returned, the house looked amazing and I was thrilled. However, after going through a room later in the evening, I realized it had not been cleaned well. Having talked to Shelley earlier in the day, I knew she would not want a customer to be unsatisfied, so I called and explained the room that still needed some attention. She apologized and explained that one of her new crew members had been responsible for that room and she had not inspected it thoroughly. She came back the next day (with the crew member that needed extra training), and did an excellent job. I have now had Shelley and her team back at our house for two regular cleanings, and I've been very happy with their work. Having come from a larger city with large, corporate cleaning services, Shelley's work is much more personal and she takes care of our home as if it were her own. She always cleans the house as is typical, but she goes the extra mile to disinfect baby items, fold a load of towels, or sweep the porch. For a working mom of two young boys, those little details make a BIG difference for me!

Amanda is extremely polite and understanding right from your first interaction. I found it easy to get in touch with her, and her scheduling was a breeze. No stress or fuss about it. She went above and beyond- clean organized and put right... my house is a better version with her services. My dog loved her too! Its great to find someone who loves animals.     I asked Dale to do a variety of things for me from hanging pictures to re-grouting my tub to hauling off some trash. Dale was super professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with his work. Not only did he haul away my trash, but he even swept out my garage!     After my regular housekeeper of 3 years-a personal friend of the family- stoled me blind. I swore I would never trust anyone to clean my home again. When Mom got sick I was spending all my time at work and the Hospital. Before I knew it, I was up to my neck at home. I just needed someone to help out. I started out with once a week. The first time they came, they were so great. It was like I knew them my whole life. Now I have them come 2 times a week at home and once a week for my office. I feel so blessed to have finally found a trustworthy company.
