Robert Cline is a fine craftsman who puts everything he has into each project. He replaced my roof last summer and did an excellent job. He has also worked on other projects for me and always does a top notch job. I highly recommend him!Jun 14, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We like to stay competitive in the markets that we service. If at all possible we strive to beat all competition however at times this just is not possible due to certain conditions such as overhead but trust every effort is made to keep pricing affordable in what ever market we provide services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process is relatively simple and straight forward. We determine the type of project that is to be done. Then establish the scope of the project. Then when all factors such as ease or difficulty as well as materials to be used and labor involved to accomplish the task then the pricing is given to the customer and any questions that may arise are covered in lengthto help the customer know exactly what they are paying for and the service they deserve and are entitled to in the agreement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? This is a complexed question but I will make it simply explained: Over the past 30+ years I have provided service as an employee, a contract laborer, a sub-contractor and a contractor. I have worked as part of the labor force as well as over seen 100's if not 1000's of projects anywhere from dog houses or playsets to multi million dollar schools and buildings. The education is a never ending process and honestly I can learn something new almost on a daily basis from material, to installation procedure to what should be done to handle each and every situation not as a proto call but on an individual personal basis. But hands on experience has given me the ability to be decisive and apply the very best accuracy to determine the needs of any situation that may arrise.
