Owen was extremely responsive to my request and scheduled a consultation within a few days. Happy with the quote, I said let's begin and he started work almost immediately. He was extremely timely and explained the process in detail so there were no surprises. He finished early and even knocked off cost from the original quote. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism. He will be my go-to handyman for future needs!

Owen did a fantastic job installing pipe shelving for us in our pantry. He responded to my post within minutes and made contact to schedule the job. Owen was very professional, punctual, and he had an overall great attitude, especially when he had to deal with a few unanticipated challenges. Owen worked quickly and diligently on our project, which, through no fault of his own, turned out to be a bit more complex than expected. Owen was willing to stay longer that I had scheduled to make sure that the entire job was complete before he left. Throughout the project, Owen did a great job checking in with us to make sure we were on the same page in terms of what we wanted the final product to look like and he was happy to make adjustments as requested. Owen worked with a spirit of excellence to make sure everything was done in a precise manner. Owen also did a great job leaving the worksite perfectly clean. We are very happy with his work and would definitely like to hire him again for more projects!

I always offer free up front estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts me I will ask what it is that they need to have done and then I will setup a time to come out and look at the project so they will have an accurate estimate to guide them. Once hired I will setup the day and time for the work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years.
