- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is lower than bigger contractor firms, due to my low overhead. You will get a better price for the same quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes, first meeting with the homeowner and going over the requested remodel or work needed done. Depending on the work needed I will then put a estimate together, I usually like to put a few options for the homeowner to look at, unless they already have a plan and idea. After I give the estimate to the homeowner its all in their hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan. I grew up building and helping my family build our own homes or do remodeling to our own homes. I was a roofing contractor before I decided to go full time with J
