Introduction: I was a plumber in the USAF for 11 years and served during Desert Storm. I have been a plumber in the Tulsa area for 27 years. I am a licensed contract plumber. My wife (Dawn) and I have been married 40 years. We have two children and nine grand children. My family, faith and country are very important to me.     I manage a couple of properties out of state. Having someone I trust to go in and evaluate quickly and give me an honest evaluation is imperative.     I certainly appreciated the response and quick repair. I feel sure that the work done is quality and will not have my problem recur. Chris was hard-working and informative. One suggestion, during a world pandemic, it would be considerate to offer to wear a mask for an indoor job. I will definitely call again for any plumbing needs!

    I would have selected work quality as well for most liked but it only allowed 3 choices. He got back to me quick, was able to provide service a couple days later, actually called and came out before the scheduled time which is very rare, explained everything clearly and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was fair and work quality was good. He was professional and a friendly guy. I will use his business going forward.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    I give free estimates for jobs within the Tulsa Metro Area. No additional charges for jobs between 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday, and 8 am-5 pm on Saturdays. I do not have to charge the high prices the large company’s charge because I have low overhead.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    Introduce myself. Go to the customer's house and give a free estimate, when needed. Check for other potential plumbing issues as a courtesy. Give an estimate for all work needed. Take care of plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner saving the customer significant money over what the larger companies would have charged. Leave the job site clean and tidy.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    I excelled in the 2 year Voc Tech Plumbing school that I attended in South Portland, Maine. I acquired additional plumbing training in the USAF. I have 11 years of plumbing experience in the USAF and over 26 years of journeyman plumbing experience here in the Tulsa area. I acquired my plumbing contractor's license in under 6 months. I started my own plumbing company 3 months after that.
