- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is our rates. $45.00 @ HOUR ( first two hours ) $35.00 @ HOUR ( 2+ hours ) 1 Hour Labor = $45 2 Hours Labor = $90 3 Hours Labor = $105 4 Hours Labor = $140 Average computer jobs are between 2-3 hours of labor. We have never had to charge a customer for more than 3 hours labor on a computer repair job. all onsite computer repair service calls are charged a $29 diagnostic fee. First Time Customers ( FTC ) will have the charged waived if the customer decides to fix it through our company. We fix computers with viruses, spyware, malware, and software related problems. If you can still on the internet, then we most likely can fix it remotely. We fix computers over the internet. If you ever need someone to look at your computer because it is running slow or may have a virus and you can still get online, then we can fix your problem...
