I'm a super beginner and would recommend Rob to anyone at any level! He made the process not-so-intimidating and worked really well with me. He pushed me harder than I could have possibly pushed myself alone. Highly, highly recommend.
It is such a blessing to have Kris guide me for my yoga practice. I am never pushed beyond my limits which is perfect for me. My life is healthier physically and mentally because of this practice and Kris’ skillful and considered approach to teaching. She is the BEST
Amber was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I'm a beginner to yoga and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. I love the obvious dedication she put in to planning the class and the added touch of aromatherapy was awesome! I can't wait to hire her again!
I had the pleasure to pratice yoga and meditation under Mo for about a year and a half. I would schedule my classes with Monique purposely because I always left feeling better then when I got there and in time I was able to start seeing positive changes everyday, makeing me happier and easy going. She is like the sun everyday, bright, cheerful and inviting every time you see her. I have been looking for her and I am so happy that I found her, because I really need to bring that balance back into my life and she is the only onethat can achieve that for me. She knows her stuff and is very understanding and her passion for yoga and meditation. She is inspiring!
Noel has been my yoga instructor for two years now. She's knowledgeable, and cares about you. She can teach anyone from beginners to people who have experienced yoga. I would highly recommend her.
Great job! I really learned a lot from this experience. As a beginner who had never done martial arts before, I was welcomed very warmly and I was helped through the process as I was learning. Had a great time and really enjoyed myself.
Kerry was very approachable and I felt comfortable as a beginner in the class. I would definitely recommend. 5/5
My yoga journey with Red Earth Yoga Center has been a wonderful experience. I was completely new to yoga when I scheduled private lessons with Carol about three years ago. She gave me the confidence to try a beginner class at the studio. Since that first class I have taken a variety of classes and retreats at the studio and had the opportunity to learn from several different instructors, but some things are consistent. The instructors are always encouraging and supportive and they create a non-competitive atmosphere where each person can feel comfortable. I am always challenged to give my best effort during each class while honoring how my body feels that day. In my first Ashtanga class with Waleah, she progressed the class into an asana that was very challenging for me. I hesitated to try it .afraid I would fall. Then she said, Dont worry if you cant do it. Worry if you dont try. Those were powerful words and I have tried and fallen many times but I have also tried with success more often. Since beginning my yoga practice, I have taken classes in Taos, Phoenix, Oklahoma City, and Dallas .and those classes make me appreciate the great classes and wonderful instructors at Red Earth Yoga Center even more. I would recommend Red Earth Yoga Center to anyone new to yoga or with an advanced practice.

My focus is a strength based type of yoga. I come from a long line of martial arts background, five years as an active duty Marine, and now a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt and yoga instructor (YogaFit). I love helping people reach their goals and making them feel good by pushing themselves. Yoga feels so much better to me after a short burst of cardio training. Then your muscles are warm and you can reach deeper and deeper stretches.
I am a passionate yoga teacher specializing in restorative yoga and low impact flow. Both styles are very beginner friendly! Restorative yoga utilizes props and restful poses to release stress. It goes at a slow pace to enhance each pose! I also teach a low impact (beginner level) flow that starts with the beginner level of a posture with room to work toward more advanced postures.
I have had two years of proper yoga master's degree on yoga, yogic diets, naturopathy, etc. from India. I have studied 50 people, wrote a thesis on it and helped people in rescuing weight and in preventing many lifestyle disorders.

I have a degree in massage therapy. With over 1,500 credits of hours, my specialty is medical massages with alignment and acupuncture techniques. I use yoga to help people balance their bodies and relieve pain. My main focus is therapeutic, and I teach hatha yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, and meditation. I have group classes and am also available for private sessions. I approach yoga asana through anatomical alignment to help correct bad habits, reduce pain, and prevent injury. All yoga should be therapeutic, and I teach a range of intensities, from very gentle to strong, but I always use an anatomical and therapeutic approach and cater to what the client needs.
