I started training with Roderick in order to get in better shape for my upcoming wedding. I have so far been training for a month and am having a great experience - and seeing good results. So far I have lost 3% body fat as well as a good number of pounds on the scale. Roderick is always enthusiastic and motivating - and comes to the sessions having prepared in advance the plan for the entire week, to ensure we work all areas and it is always varied. He has also been very accomodating of my awkward schedule, always finding time for us to fit in our sessions. I would definitely recommend training with Roderick!
I could not ask for a better trainer than Jake! I tried for years to lose weight on my own. Like so many others I’d lose some and gain it right back. Since I hired Jake 9 months ago, I’ve lost 85 lbs! Having someone as patient and understanding as Jake has been invaluable. My 14 year old son, Jack, trained with Eric Skinner for around 6 months specific to cross country running and distance track in high school. During this time, Jack showed major improvement in form, flexibility, agility, and PR time. I would highly recommend Eric Skinner to anyone looking for specific sports goals or general physical well being. We only stopped training for financial reasons, otherwise my son would have continued training for some time.

Rob is a rock star! I’ve been working out with him for about 5 yrs during which I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back. Rob has been a life saver helping with my physical therapy & recovery after each surgery (One of which he actually went with me to my follow up appt to discuss rehabilitation with my surgeon). My wife and I have trained with Gary for a couple of years now. Gary is a great trainer that really gets to know you on a personal level and gears your workout accordingly. I like to lift weights and my wife prefers cardio and Gary was able to accommodate both of our needs. The best part is that Gary comes to our house and that is very hard to find these days.
