- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are firm. I do have discounts occasionally that are announced to my email subscribers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the service being booked. Usually all clients will go through some form of a consultation with me to make sure we are a good fit to work together for personal training, wellness coaching, or meal planning services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Public Health and I'm an ACE Certified Health Coach & Personal Trainer.
