I had to schedule a service for a home occupied by tenants. Procall was great to work with. They reached out to the tenants directly and scheduled a convenient time with them. My tenants were pleased with the service and I was happy with the convenience. Even though my interaction was minimal, I would definitely recommend.

So my issue was a tricky case... I actually didn’t have a dead animal... I had a sewage leak. But before we knew what the issue was Ron crawled and searched in every nook and cranny of my house. He was actually the one that said... you know I saw dead bottle flies. Do you think it may be a pipe leak? Well unfortunately fortunately he was right. If I every have another issue with any pest, I will give them a call. He was prompt, helpful, and well-priced! Thank you Ron for all your help!

I'm licensed through the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture OSU extension office in both General Pest and Wood Destroying Insects. We also attended various CEU classes throughout the year in order to keep our license and stay up to date on the latest pest control techniques and products.
