- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat rate and all inclusive. I encourage all of our families to sign up for recurring services which will allow you a 25% discount. This also confirms your slot on our schedule so that you never miss a cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a list of consultation questions that helps me quickly create a profile for my new clients as well as check my availability for their area. This is the easiest way to get a new client set up for the first cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have completed a course in organizing.
