Being a project manager for 35 years from the party capital of America, I know “A” list contractors and Nautical mechanical fits right in with the best of them. Luke was the only contractor that responded to my service request and came out this Sunday morning to accommodate my schedule. He repair the unit and walked me through the repair needed. As far as I’m concerned, they are the only Mechanical contractor in Norman and the only one that I want working on my investment properties in Norman, Okla. When weather was bad and everyone snowed in he was only one that responded fast and answered, I was without heat in record cold weather and he said that he had other jobs but would get to me after other calls, he came and didn’t leave until everything was running okay and insulated all my frozen pipes and unfroze all my heater, ac, and hot water tank pipes. I was so thankful that he answered my call and got my heat running and wasn’t without heat in the coldest time. He is Honest and hardworking and not one to BS you into higher projects or parts. He and his company is awesome!
