I am passionate and committed to mission accomplishment. I have years of customer support experience and can translate my work to non-technical people quite well. No task is too small for me. I will treat you with respect and never use my skills to deliver something the customer did not want. I will be straight and honest the entire time. I love the fact that I get to come to work every day and solve a new problem or puzzle. Its what drives me as a tech. I am in a constant state of learning and problem solving. For me, despite some issues taking long periods of time or a large number of steps, the solution is what satisfies me the most. Knowing I did something good for somebody, really fuels my passion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My dad is a network engineer for the State of Oklahoma. Watching him learn and rise to his position over the years instilled an absolute passion for Technology and People.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Remote Computer Repair, Hardware Repair/ Consulting, Network Configuration, Network Consulting, Software Solutions, Virus Scanning/ Removal, and Email Setup/ Repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Go with your gut feeling. Often the person that can just talk with you while fixing the issue is better than the person that throws a bunch of technical terms at you to avoid talking while doing work.
