Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: If you live in or around Norman, Moore, and south OKC, I'm right around the corner near OU and ready to help you reach your goals and then some! And if you're a little further out or simply prefer to have me travel to you, I can do that! I’ve been a trainer for about eight years now, and can tell you that experience counts. I feel like the first few years I spent a lot of time learning the ropes, but these experiences were crucial. These last few years I’ve started figuring out that the best way to train is to train for the future, rather than training to bring back the glories of the past. What makes my business unique starts with my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification. Their training program is top notch. I’m also certified in fitness nutrition via NASM, along with acupuncture and Chinese medicine via the Oklahoma Healing Arts Institute (OHAI). What I've learned via NASM and OHAI I've combined with my own experience and education to create a unique product for my clients that will give them great results and a foundation for success going forward.

Rick is the best personal trainer ever. He guides and instructs you w/ exercises. He pushes you to your limit. If you feel the need to ask a question, he will answer to his best ability. There is no dumb questions. He is open to anything you say about the exercises. When I first began working out I did upright rows, it was hard bc I kept hitting my titties. Yes it was embarrassing but I told him so he just change to a smaller dumb bell.I like his studio bc there are no 360° mirrors. He doesn't judge on how much you weigh. He sees you as a person who wants to achieve their goals. I was only going to do it temporarily but I can't stop bc I love how I feel afterwards. So far I lost 19lbs & 7 n half inches off my waist. I started in the end of January going only twice a week. I hope you choose him. No regrets here. TREAT YO SELF, YOUR WORTH IT.

I have to admit, at first I was apprehensive. But, after the first session with Rick I was floored! I love the way he makes you work for your goals, ( even if you didn't have any) he is one of the top personal trainers I've ever been to. If you want to work, and feel the burn. He's your man!

I have been seeing Rick for 16 sessions, 2 1 hour sessions a week. With his training and nutrition guidance, I have lost 20 pounds and stronger that I have ever been. It took me a while to figure out how to describe him as a trainer. He will work and push as hard as you let him. He figures out what motivates you at the same time making you work hard. If you want someone for the long haul, he is your guy. If you want someone to guide, motivate, push, pull, and make you drip in sweat, he is your guy. If you are nervous about seeing him at his studio, don't be. He is completely professional. If you are insecure about what people think about you while you are training, go to his studio. It's one on one, no one to judge you. He is a fantastic trainer and I plan on being with him for the long haul. I have one single warning: Bulgarian Split Squats, or what I call them Backward Stationary Lunges. (Inside joke, cause Rick says he doesn't do lunges, BS Hahahaha). If you do the Split Squats, don't be ashamed to use one of his chairs for balance. Before you know it, you will be doing them without a chair. I started out with low reps and now I'm up to 3 sets of 20 reps, first set without a chair. I hate them, but everyone does. Hahahaha Tip: Find a good clean chocolate milk. It's amazing how chocolate milk will help you recover after you workouts. Full of protein and good healthy fats. Perfect to fuel your tired muscles, and they will be tired. :-) Happy Training!

Rick is the best! He is flexible with appointment times to fit complicated schedules and he is a great motivator!! I've seen great results in my health physically as well as mentally. I recommend him to absolutely everyone looking for a trainer who actually cares about you and your results instead of the money, which by the way his prices are great and so reasonable!

So far, so good! Rick met with us, gave us a physical assessment, and we have training sessions planned for the rest of the month. He is very easy to talk to and non-judgemental. I look forward to working with him more!
