It was a delight to work with this company. They are creative and very talented. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have business videos done well.Feb 22, 2018Verified
Better than I expected! I had a straight script I was working from for a 30 second piece. It was stiff and boring. Ben worked me into an interview style which was more relaxed. I have not seen the final product yet but I was very pleased with them.Feb 10, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our prices are based on a day rate scale. This means that our clients get us for the entire day regardless of how long or short a project takes. This flat pricing allows us to be flexible with clients needs without leaving them in the dark about what the final cost of a project will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We both work with a set day rate for our projects, so the first step with a new client is finding out how many days their project will require. Typically 30 second commercials require two days (one day of shooting and one day of editing) and 3 minute promotional videos take three days (one day of shooting and two days of editing). This varies from client to client based on their needs. After giving our client an estimate on the total time and cost we schedule shoot days for their project and a timeline of when they can expect the final product. When a client has hired us for editing or animation there are a number of drafts that are sent to the client for client to send notes on what the do or do not like and what if anything they would like changed. Once the client approves the finished product we receive final payment for our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Ben Lindesmith has a Bachelor's of Science in Media Communications from Full Sail University. Heather Lindesmith has a Bachelor's of Arts in Photography from the University of Minnesota.
