My experience with Lula has been efficient, through, and she very knowledegible, professional, and conducts herself well and is very skill, informative, and I am comfortable to ask questions concerning my taxes. My impression of the service Lula provides is that she enjoys what she does; she's passionate and willing to share what she has learned-she encourages me as a client to become more inform. Lula is on time, and will make time to assist you in getting the best service she can render. Lula is flexible to your needs, or this has been my experience, and I have recommend my friends and family to utilize her service-I have been very pleased. Currently, I have no exact pointers that Lula could improve upon, only encouragement that she continues to provide the outstanding service that she does so very well, thanks for all that you do. MRS. CARTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDED ME WITH THE BEST OF SERVICE. I HAD A TREMENDOUS ISSUE WITH THE IRS AND SHE CLEARED IT UP FLAWLESSLY. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HER AND HER SERVICES.
